You will have a primary consultant managing your search, ensuring continuity and clear communication. However, our team collaborates behind the scenes to ensure your search benefits from collective expertise and candidate insight.
Yes. Every candidate presented to families is interviewed in depth by a member of our team. We assess childcare philosophy, experience, reliability, communication style, and suitability for high-standard private households before progressing to reference checks. Arwa and Eva are personally conducting all interviews, and of course verifying documents and references.
