We organise face-to-face or video interviews, and live trials with your preferred candidates so you can make the final selection.
Pro Tip: We take care of all these logistics, meaning you can focus all your attention on choosing the candidate that will be the best fit for your family.

Step 6

Placement & Ongoing support

Once you have made an offer of employment, wee can advise on everything from salary and contract terms, through to HMRC registration.
Pro Tip: We remain available after the placement for any further queries you might have and guarantee a replacement for up to 4 months after the placement in the unlikely event that things don't work out between you and the candidate.
