What is the typical process for hiring a nanny through your agency?
We begin with an initial phone or video call to understand your family’s needs and preferences. We then present you with profiles of suitable candidates. We arrange interviews and trials with the candidates you wish to go further with. After you make a decision, we assist you with contract preparation and any necessary onboarding steps and stay with you every step of the way to ensure it is all going well at home!
What support does your agency offer after a nanny has been placed with a family?
Our support doesn’t end with placement. We provide ongoing assistance, including regular check-ins, and advice on any employment-related matters. We are always here to support both our families and nannies.
Do you only place nannies? Do you also place other household staff?
In addition to nanny placements, French Nanny London provides profiles of housekeepers, PAs, maternity nurses, and other home staff. Our housekeepers are experienced in maintaining households to high standards, while our maternity nurses offer specialised care for newborns and support for new mothers.
How do you handle specific family requests or unique childcare needs?

Can you help with finding nannies or housekeepers speaking other languages than French?
YES! We are working with multilingual nannies and housekeepers, speaking so many different languages. We have of course English, Spanish, French, Italian speaking nannies but also Russian, Farsi, Greek, etc…
Can your nannies assist with children’s educational activities and homework?
We do have nannies experienced in supporting children’s educational development. They can assist with homework, engage in educational activities, and provide tailored learning support to enhance your child’s academic progress.
