LIVE-IN NANNY (French or English speaking) – Clapham, London

• To look after two girls (2 and 4 years old).
  They children will be attending nursery and school from September in Clapham.

•  Start date: flexible, latest September but happy and keen to start earlier for the right person.
• Location: Clapham. The family is aiming to live in Old Town.
• The family will be relocating from Singapore to London over the summer.
  The family is looking for a long-term nanny to be part of the family and support the children as the parents both work long hours during the week.
• Working hours: exact hours to be confirmed
  Morning drop off and then pick up from nursery/school around 3.30pm and look after the girls until 7.30pm. Some Fridays, the nanny might finish earlier.
  The nanny will work for a few hours between the drop off and the pick up, organising the household, preparing for, and anything the kids need for the next day. 
  The girls will both be at school full time starting from 8/8.30am until 3.30pm/4.30pm; 
• During term time the Nanny will have substantial free time during the day as the kids will both be at school and usually stay for after school activities.
•  Salary: competitive salary.

• The younger child will be at nursery for about 50 weeks of the year and the elder child will be in term schedule.
• The family is looking for a fit, energetic, reliable, kind and patient nanny who will create a safe and loving environment for the children.
  The parents are private who value good manners, respect and hard work.
   A nanny who loves children and who can support them in their growth and learning, genuinely caring about how they are progressing and how happy they are and helping them in exploring the world around them. Safeguarding and privacy are critical to the family and the nanny will carry out standard nursery duties, including cooking, food shopping and some cleaning.
• The parents work long hours and usually leave for work about 6/7am and return 7pm – so the important thing is a flexible nanny that can work around the parent’s schedule during the week.
  The younger daughter will be at a wonderful nursery until she is 4 years old, she will attend the nursery for about 50 weeks / year. During school holidays, the elder daughter will be at home so the nanny will be expected to take her to outings e.g. museums, zoo etc., however the family will plan family holidays around term breaks.
• There may be some holiday travel with the family during school holidays but this is flexible at not expected to be more than a few weeks and within in the UK e.g. Cotswolds.
• Accommodation: The accommodation is to be confirmed as the family are relocating to London; at a minimum, the nanny will have their own room and bathroom shared with the children. The family is open to other requests from the nanny that will ensure she is also happy with the arrangement.
• The nanny needs to be a confident driver​.
• Language requirements: Fluent English. This would be a plus if the nanny can also speaks French.
