FULL-TIME LIVE-IN NANNY (French or German speaking) – Manchester, UK & Zurich, Switzerland

•  To look after one girl (2 years old)
• Start date: as soon as possible.
• Location: Manchester, UK (with domestic and international travel in Zurich)

• Working hours: 5 to 6 days per week, approx. 10 hours per day, with flexibility required.
• Salary: Approx. £65k gross per year.

• Accommodation provided: Private bedroom and bathroom provided; all meals include
• Language requirement: French or German speaker, with fluent English.
• Mum is Swiss German and Husband English.
• The family is looking for a professional and experienced live-in Nanny for a family based in Manchester to provide high-quality care for their daughter (not yet in school) and light household support.
• The role is 70% childcare and 30% light housekeeping (keep the house tidy, + everything related to the child).
• The family has a chef and a cleaner.
• The nanny will travel with the family as required.

  Responsibilities:
  Childcare (Primary Focus)
  Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
  Organise and deliver age-appropriate activities to support development and learning.
  Establish and manage daily routines (feeding, naps, play, and bedtime).
  Accompany the family on outings and occasional travel.
  Maintain clear and professional communication with parents.
  Light Housekeeping
  Ensure the child’s areas (bedroom, playroom, and common spaces) are kept tidy and organised.
  Manage the child’s laundry and wardrobe.
  Assist with light household duties, errands, and organisation.
  Provide additional household support during travel.
  Candidate Requirements:
  Minimum 3+ years’ professional experience as a nanny with babies/toddlers.
  Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g. CACHE, Norland, Montessori, or equivalent) are desirable.
  Paediatric First Aid certification (essential).
  Enhanced DBS check.
  Confident driver with a clean license (a plus, but not mandatory)
  Flexible, professional, discreet, and committed to long-term employment.
